Hitting hard at UP Chief Minister for running corrupt and non-responsive administration, Congress (I) has blamed Mayawati for encouraging and supporting nepotism in the government. As a result the UP bureaucracy is disheartened, demoralized and dejected. Sycophants and incompetent officers - blue eyed favorites - have galloped to the top position. Honest officer with the seniority and integrity have been ignored because seniority and integrity are the black marks in Mayawati government. That explains why the backbone of the administration has crumbled. As a consequence there is abnormal increase of corruption and crime in the state, said Congress (I). Under Mayawati government deal-fixers, criminals and crime hold sway and have the run of the state. There is no way the UP Chief Minister and the UP administration can absolve themselves from this misdemeanor.
