Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi addressed a press conference during a Youth Congress function in Punjab. On the allegation from some people that he is not an atom bomb to bring out immediate changes in the party, Rahul Gandhi answered with a smile that he is not an atom bomb. Rahul Gandhi said that he is in Punjab to strengthen Youth Congress and NSUI.
