Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi addressed a press conference during a Youth Congress function in Punjab. Rahul Gandhi said that he is in Punjab to strengthen Youth Congress and NSUI. Our agenda is to ensure free and fair elections and attract more and more young people to the party said Rahul Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi also elaborated the election procedure in the Youth Congress.
