Sonia Gandhi, the Congress President said that some state governments have not been using the central fund properly. The UPA Government has been making schemes for the welfare of the farmers and poor people. She also took a dig at BJP. All these schemes were made aiming the welfare and benefit of the entire people including the farmers, dalits, adivasis and the underprivileged, added Sonia Gandhi.
