Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi said if India wants to develop the state of U.P. should develop. He added that he is committed to more developments in Amethi and Raebareli. He was attending a function of laying the foundation stone for Rajiv Gandhi Vidyapeeth Mahavidyalay. The Central Governments have been formulating schemes and policies for the state of Uttar Pradesh and the UPA Government is serious about the developments in the state said Rahul Gandhi.
