Congress (I): Mayawati’s image sagging day by day

Congress (I) has said Mayawati’s desperation for grabbing power made it necessary for her to shake hand with opportunists, musclemen, gangsters and persons of criminal background. But now and often those very persons has ministers and MLAs in Mayawati’s government are tarnishing her image. These ministers, MLAs and party men are openly indulging in most heinous crimes like rape, murder, abduction, grabbing public and private properties by misusing their official positions, said Congress (I). Mayawati’s BSP men are now hot brokers who can get settled anything for a price no matter even if it illegal or involve settlement of private or personal dispute. People of the state have been protesting against such illegal activities of Mayawati’s BSP men. Courts have been pronouncing judgment against them. Even UP Lokayukta has indicted many ministers and legislators in Mayawati’s government. No matter what Maya may do now the cases of crime and corruption against her party men keep cropping. Mayawati’s image has taken a hard hit and sagging day by day, said Congress (I).
