Drawing attention of the people that BSP, SP and BJP in turn have been ruling UP without bringing any improvement in their life, Congress (I) General Secretary Rahul Gandhi has said it is time to get rid of these parties. They filed to bring in any positive change over the last 22 years, Rahul Gandhi said while campaigning in Bulandshahr on during the Assembly elections. “You gave 22 years to these parties but they failed to deliver. Now give us just five years and we will change the face of Uttar Pradesh,” he further said and added “People will find a change in five years and in next ten years, people will marvel at the changes.” Pointing out that change is necessary for UP to move ahead, he said this is the time for change - so say goodbye to the 'elephant' and the 'cycle' and bring in a Congress government.” Highlighting that the youth of UP is honest, hardworking and talented, Rahul Gandhi said they only need responsive government to hold their hand and lead them. Congress (I) will surely do that by providing responsive government and putting the state on fast track development, he added.
