Sonia Gandhi in Saharanpur: Congress never cheats people by making blind promises

Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi while addressing a well-attended election rally in Saharanpur said that Congress does not cheat the people by giving promises like the non-Congress parties. She also said that non-Congress parties like BJP, SP and BSP cheat people by giving hollow promises. They did nothing except giving you toll promises she added.
