Congress (I) will bring the same again during the Budget session assured the Congress leader. Now people have understood that BJP is the real culprit and it is not serious to tackle corruption, said Rahul Gandhi.  Congress (I) has brought record number of pro-poor welfare schemes like RTI which has empowered people and made the administration authorities accountable to the people, argued the Congress General Secretary. Mahatma Gandhi NREGA is providing guaranteed employment to the poor while NRHM and Janani Saurakha Yojna promise improved health care services, informed Rahul Gandhi. Right to Education (RTE) has given right to education to every child, informed Rahul Gandhi.
